Fuzuli covers the areas from the south-eastern foothills of the Karabakh mountain range to the Aras River. It is bordered by Jabrail in the south-west, Khojavend, Aghjabedi and Beylagan provinces in the north, east and Iran along the Aras River in the south. Kurucay, Köndelenchay, Kozluchay, Chereken rivers flowing through the province are the rivers of Araz basin.

Fuzuli Region is home to both the Azikh Cave, which dates back thousands of years, and the Kuruchay culture with its historical and architectural structures. is famous. The park will create a new vision for the city, which is to be transformed into its former self. A park will be designed to bring back the rich cultural heritage and emphasize the unique history of the area.

In honor of the more than 1000 martyrs of Fizuli city during the Karabakh war, the people who will return to their homeland, the services of their loved ones and a memorial square at the entrance to the park that will become a gathering point where people come individually or as a group to reflect on and commemorate their sacrifices will be designed. A place symbolizing the victories won after painful days will be created.
