On the ground floor of the block, there are shops for use outside the site and administrative units belonging to the site. There are a total of 451 residences with 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 flat types in both blocks.
It has been designed to meet all the needs of the users with its wide landscape areas, social facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools planned in the project.
